Based on the requirements of our corporate clients, Great International Travel provides a choice of two online booking tools, ResX and GetThere. These tools provide a continuum of online booking options for lightly managed to closely managed corporate travel programs. These tools enhance our client’s level of service to their employees by allowing the traveler to directly participate in his or her own travel plans. Programmed with negotiated corporate rates for air, car rentals, and hotels, these tools can generate real cost savings while implementing your corporate travel policy. The traveler will also be able to book web fares while shopping for the lowest available fare.

Company adoption is key to maximizing the value of any online booking system. Great International is experienced in assisting our clients to implement strategies and incentives to help grow online company adoption. Our Account Management and IT teams train our customers and assist them in taking full advantage of the online booking tool.

  Virtuallythere

All reservations are accompanied by an e-mail confirmation with a virtuallythere link. This web site enables travelers to access real-time travel information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With this innovative tool, clients may access their itineraries, invoices and electronic ticket receipts.

  GreatQCX (Automated Quality Control)

GreatQCX is our automated quality control system that audits the completeness and accuracy of reservation records including pricing and corporate policy compliance. It monitors over 100 individual data elements that comprise the "average" reservation record, such as: travel policy compliance, lowest fare, seat assignments, contract applications, and many other details in the travel policy and traveler's personal profile. Whether the reservation is made through Great Online or through one of our experienced consultants, each record is processed through Great QCX before ticketing.

  Great Reports

Corporations experience optimal savings through utilization of our pre-and post-trip Great Reports. These reports are critical to maintaining successful partnerships with vendors, meeting company goals and increasing savings opportunities. Lost savings can be detected and addressed prior to travel. Multiple travelers on the same flights can be detected to monitor travel policy guidelines. Overnight travel reservations without hotels can also be identified to spot opportunities to use special negotiated hotel rates. Great Reports can be accessed on line, or delivered in an email for review.

In addition to the standard Great Reports, our clients can request custom reports carefully designed to identify trends and activity important to the company. Preferred vendor activity can be monitored and travelers in "non-compliance" can be addressed.
